Will I need to sign for my order when it is delivered? Collegebooksdirect.com does not require a signature. However, UPS places that burden to the driver’s discretion. If that
particular driver on your route requires a signature, they will leave instructions as to how to obtain your package.
A signature is required for expedited shipping. Someone must be able to sign for the package when it is delivered. See designated shipper’s website for details

What is your return policy?
You must obtain an authorized return number from CollegeBooksDirect.com Customer Service at 1.800.776.8955 -- Returns@collegebooksdirect.com. Please include your order number with
your request. You have 14 days from receipt of your delivery to request authorization. Your request for authorization will be processed within 2 business days.
We must RECEIVE the merchandise within 10 business days from the issue date of the return authorization. All returns are at customer's expense, except when merchandise is sent in error or is damaged. Refunds will not be processed until textbook(s) has been received at our facility.
The textbook(s) must be returned in their original condition. We highly encourage you to send the book by a track-able shipping method.
CollegeBooksDirect.com is not obligated to issue a refund for return shipments that do not arrive at our facility. Refund for approved returns will be issued within 5 business days after receipt of merchandise. Textbooks returned to us without a return authorization number

What is your quality standard for a used textbook?
We have the best USED textbooks in the industry! We specialize in used college textbooks. We define a quality used textbook as one that has minimal writing or highlighting, and the cover is not damaged or scuffed. There is no water damage.
If the textbook you ordered is the last in our current inventory, customer service will contact you with a full description and verify the acceptance with the customer.
In the unlikely event you are unsatisfied with the condition of the textbook, beyond the description above, notify customer service and we will issue another book or refund your money upon return of the original item.

What does the term "TEXT ONLY" mean?
"TEXT ONLY" or "TEXT" describes a used or new textbook which is absent the
accompanying CD or other possible supplements (such as topic finder, infotrac,
web passwords). The textbook is complete as sold from the publisher. It
contains all original text and pictures. Search by author and/or title to see
if we carry your textbook without a CD. Historically, the majority of students
do not use the internet passwords or CD's. For the benefit of our customers we
make these available without CD.
