CollegeBooksDirect.com does not accept orders with International delivery destinations at this time.

RETURN POLICY

Your satisfaction is our PRIORITY! You must obtain an authorized return number from our Customer Service Department within 14 days of receipt of your order. You may do so by calling 1.800.776.8955 or by emailing Returns@CollegeBooksDirect.com. Your request will be processed within two business days.

Please include your order number and confirmation with your request.

Your authorized items must be returned within 10 business days from the date of authorization to receive full credit. Beyond the 10 business days, CollegeBooksDirect.com reserves the right to refuse the return.

Returns received 30 days after the Return Merchandise Authorization issue date are subject to a reduced refund.

Shipping costs to return books are at customer’s expense , except when merchandise is sent in error or arrives at the destination damaged in transit. Damaged packages must be declared to our customer service department within 24 hours of delivery. A replacement item will be sent out as soon as we have proof of return transit, such as a tracking number.

The textbook(s) must be returned in their original condition. Shrink-wrapped items must be returned unopened. We reserve the right to downgrade an item and adjust the credit amount if the item is poorly packed and is bruised in transit. We highly encourage you to send your return via UPS (with applicable insurance) or insurable U.S. Mail service. CollegeBooksDirect.com is not obligated to issue a refund for return shipments that do not arrive at our facility.

A refund will be posted to your credit card within 5 business days after processing your authorized return. Your credit card controls the amount of time it takes to make those funds actually available to you. Please contact your credit card company if you have questions.
